Full Journal pdf1998-04-17 Senate Journal Page 3333 SB 299 Message dated April 17 was read, stating the House passed SENATE BILL NO. 299 with the following amendment: Page 2, lines 5 and 19: Delete not and so, SENATE BILL NO. 299 am H An Act relating to the treatment of well test flares, nonroad engines, and aggregated fuel burning equipment associated with nonroad engines under the states air quality control program; defining stationary source for purposes of the states air quality program is returned for consideration. Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. The question being: Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment? The roll was taken with the following result: SB 299 am H Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment to SB 299? YEAS: 16 NAYS: 4 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Donley, Green, Halford, Hoffman, Kelly, Leman, Mackie, Miller, Parnell, Pearce, Phillips, Sharp, Taylor, Torgerson, Ward, Wilken Nays: Adams, Duncan, Ellis, Lincoln 1998-04-17 Senate Journal Page 3334 SB 299 and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting SENATE BILL NO. 299 am H An Act relating to the treatment of well test flares, nonroad engines, and aggregated fuel burning equipment associated with nonroad engines under the states air quality control program; defining stationary source for purposes of the states air quality program. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
